San San: Single Eye Shadows
Saturday, October 12, 2013 | 7:24 AM | | 0 Comments
It just this past few months that I started using eye shadows. I'm not a fan of such make-up product coming from a school girl look savy like me. I didn't think that I'll start using shadows until I'm in my late 30's or so. With this, I found myself enjoying my first shadows from San San Cosmetics.
Ofcourse, I started my collection with matte shadows specifically pink-y flesh tone (Warm Terra Cotta) and dark brown shade (Deep Earth Brown). I was not impressed with the pigmentation provided by the dark brown one at first but realized it's fine since it's buildable. The pink-y flesh tone, on the other hand, is nice to the lids and just emphasizes my eyes even more.
After the two matte shades, I now started get two more in shimmery shades. It's not actually glitter full. It's more of in the "sheen" side. You get a frosty kind of effect when you apply it on your lids.
The Cotton Candy Pink was amazing for the inner tear ducts and the brow bone. It's also great as a top lid shimmer after you put on everything in your eye make-up.
Pink Opal was a bit too pink on the eyes. I'm actually planning it to be a shimmer blush-on instead of a regular eye shadow. It's great to high light your cheek bones after your usual blush and contour.
The color doesn't really show up well unless you build it up for the matte shadows. I think this is perfect for those make-up beginners who don't want a heavy blotch of shadows in their eyes.
The amount of product is amazing. For only Php50.00 you get a lot of product. You get the most our of your money. Perfect for thrifty Filipinas out there!
I give this product a rating of 10 out of 10 as it provides a job well done. You may easily get this product in your local HBC stores nationwide.
